RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Demand Planning responsibilities for the Caldrea business.Analyze drivers of demand and maintain the forecast by Production.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to quantify and reflect national and customer-specific events and changes.Publish and share the forecast with cross-functional partners in the Sales and Operations Planning process.Review KPI's and conduct root cause analysis of forecast error and bias. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Strong Excel skills (using formulas, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables).Strong analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skill.Personal initiative.Problem solving.Experience using an ERP system is preferred, but not required.Demand Planning experience is preferred, but not required.
