Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst Lead for a direct hire position working with a major insurance provider client in the West Bend, WI area. Responsibilities Under minimal supervision, perform and lead business analysis efforts including eliciting, analyzing, documenting and communicating the business needs of our organization for medium to complex projects. Work includes the analysis of current and future business processes, estimate business analysis effort, and develop work plans for business analysis activities. Works with leadership to create buy-in on the deliverables and approach. Assists in developing acceptance criteria, participating in User Acceptance Testing. Support requirements throughout software development lifecycle. Works collaboratively with Architects, Business Analysts, Development Team, QA Analysts, and Customers to effectively support delivery of quality solutions to business problems. Responsible for providing business analysis approach guidance, oversight and review of other business analysts work. Provides mentoring and training to other team members regarding business analysis best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to current processes and procedures including but not limited to Incorporating high-level business analysis skillstechniques, identification of business issuesrisks, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 7 10 years experience in Business Analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills active listening Strong facilitation skills Complex problem solving and critical thinking Experience in creating clear and measurable requirements Experience in mentoring other team members on BA practices Experience leading medium to large complex projects on Business Analysis activities Knowledgeable and adaptable with one or more SDLC methodologies Bachelor39s degree or equivalent experience Professional development training in Business Analysis techniques Completion of Intro to Insurance course If you are a qualified candidate interested in this opportunity, please apply.
