Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a direct hire position working with a major insurance provider client in the West Bend, WI area. Responsibilities Under general direction, assists in formulating and defining solutions for simple to complex business problems. Includes analysis of current business processes, leads elicitation sessions, and documents business needs as requirements. Assists in creation of a business case and realization of that business case. Estimates Business Analysis efforts, and monitors estimate to actual. Works with leadership to create buy-in on the deliverables and approach defined. Develops work plans for small to complex projects. Works with both business and technical professionals to define a solution and ensure IT delivers the solution with the most business value. Applies appropriate elicitation and analysis techniques. Prioritizes requirements, mediates differences between stakeholders, and communicates approach for highest value. Assists in developing Acceptance Criteria for testing, and leads user acceptance testing. Engages in collaborative communication methodology - managing and directing knowledge share with Client and IT. Mentor and train other team members in the Business Analysis practice. Assists in the growth of the Business Analysis practice. Qualifications 4 - 7 years experience in Business Analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledgeable and adaptable with one or more SDLC methodologies Strong facilitation skills Experience in creating clear and measurable requirements Bachelor39s degree or equivalent experience Associate in General Insurance designation If you are a qualified candidate interested in this opportunity, please apply.
