SUMMARY: WOW!!!!!! This is a very nice coach. Beautiful and spacious. Great floor plan with beautiful accents such as the decorative molding around the slide-outs and valances. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is very clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in partial cockpit, living area, dining area, partial bedroom shows medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the coach appears to be in very good condition, may show a couple minor scuffs/blemishes. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes (but I personally did not see any). Corian-style counter tops in kitchen, desk area, bath and lavvy all appear to be in good condition. Cabinets all look good and open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 1-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor, electronic leveling jacks, and generator. Does come with some books and manuals.
